Due to continued growth, DAF Trucks Ireland are seeking a full time office based Parts Sales Advisor to join our team located at our head office in Baldonnell Business Park, Dublin 22.

This is an excellent opportunity to join an experienced team representing a number of successful brands in the HGV industry.

The Role:

• You will be working within a parts sales team of 6 dedicated parts sales advisors, supported by a 5 member warehouse & logistics team.
• Provide an efficient service to our customer base by accurately identifying vehicle parts using parts catalogues
• Processing incoming & outgoing telephone calls
• Answering customer enquiries via other channels (Email, Online)
• Maximising parts sales opportunities by promoting DAF, TRP & VDL genuine parts to our customers at every opportunity
• Dealing with walk in customer queries at our trade parts counter

The ideal candidate will have the following experience.

• Commercial vehicle experience preferable
• Customer facing and/or telesales experience
• Good attention to detail and organisational skills with a flexible approach to work
• Experience using the Keyloop Autoline DMS (Kerridge) is a distinct advantage, but full training will be provided.
• Valid Visa/work permit to work in Ireland
